What Happened to Chat?

Hi Everyone,

For me, chat is one of the things I need most from this site. As I become more isolated and slightly crazier (from the DD and the isolation, and well I'm just a bit crazy) the thing that helps me the most is to be able to come to chat and just BS with people.

I don't need or even want to talk about being sick or the latest and greatest research. I just want to talk about stuff, TV, news and food of course! I need to get out of my own head.

I know sometimes it's just too much to be in chat. It always cracks me up when someone goes in and then "dozes off", but for me, the benefit of having someone to talk to far outweighs the fatigue I experience.

I have come in to chat and sat and nothing. Or I see someone in chat and I come in and they are gone. What i do know is that when everyone was in chat I loved it. And I think others did too.

Once they get chat going again, and I really hope they do, maybe we can set up a specific day and time (which works timewise for the majority of us) when we can all meet up and have some much needed fun!

Well we need to get that going again. How do we get chat back here? Who do we need to light a fire under?

That would be Knack...but he's been under the weather lately. He's doing the best he can. I think we just need to be patient as we only have one administrator. :)

Chat can't work without a database that's working correctly.

If errors occur, the chat room will crash so it's not worth having chat until this is fixed.

I was unaware of the crash when I asked about it. or I thought it was fixed. I forget.
