XMRV - what is it
XMRV is only a name.
XMRV is now only related to one synthetic virus - VP62/XMRV XMRV is not VP42 or VP35, the two full length clones of the gamma retroviruses found in prostate cancer. XMRV is not the ME gamma retroviruses. XMRV is not the virus in 22Rv1 cells. XMRV may in fact be PreXMRV-1. The Genbank has XMRV and PreXMRV-1 as the same virus. XMRV was never detected by any lab in a patient sample. XMRV is the ONLY virus they are saying is not involved in ME and prostate cancer. RE: XMRV - what is it
It is only natural that a virus which has been defined out of existence will cause a disease which has been defined out of existence.

They are not defining the real viruses out of existence. XMRV is not the ME retroviruses. They are not even mentioning the MRVs. Which is a very different ploy.
